I'd soon like to have my Mirana removed and trying to get my hormones in balance.
Id like to know more about natural family planning. Basically know nthing about it. Can anyone give me the basics or where I can find out about it?
I have pcos and my symptoms just keep getting worse that's why I'm kinda wanting to just get myself back to as normal as I can. My husband and I are probably going to start trying for a 2nd child this summer or later this year, so if I do happen to get pregnant before I'm ok with that.
