Can a pelvic exam show if your pregnant or not?

I will be having a pelvic exam on Wednesday. I made an appointment with the doctor at my college. Don't have to pay much and I haven't been feeling like myself lately. Been having all these symptoms and I been getting bfp and bfn so I'm just wondering if it can show.

Dr will be able to tell if your cervix is open or closed

It's called Chadwick's sign, it's a blue tinge to your cervix visible on examination. Not 100% guaranteed but generally correct. I would recommend googling it to learn a bit more. I remember learning it in school but don't remember much about it.
