Did you get checked for Gestational Diabetes yet because this happened to me and I just found out last week I have it but it can also be the baby putting pressure on your bladder

A UTI can present itself in many different ways. Urgency, frequency, burning when urinating, lower back pain, flank pain...I Had a patient come in, pregnant, and all she had was a fever. Ran a UA and she had pretty bad UTI with no other symptoms. Pregnant women are prone to UTIs, so it wouldn't hurt to have it checked. I've also seen kidney problems so bad that women had to have nephrostomy tubes placed. Ijs.
