Is pregnancy bloat the same as regular bloat?

I'm sooo bloated. My stomach looks huge and I don't know if pregnancy bloating is the same as regular bloating,I keep eating and im still hungry..

Before I knew I was pregnant I gained like 6lbs over 2 days and absolutely could not eat enough to feel full. The bloat pretty much felt the same, except period bloat I could deal with. Pregnancy bloat felt super uncomfortable, probably because it's accompanied with not being able to go to the bathroom lol

Yea it's pretty uncomfortable and the cramping that comes with is irritating lol
