Im almost 38 weeks pregnant I had a doctors appt today where my doctor figured out that my water bag is ruptured. I was sent for an ultra sound to see how much fluid I had lost and I haven't lost enough to be induced today. I have another appt Thursday to see if I have lost anymore, and my doctor said in the mean time to try and do things to break my water. I have no idea how and all my doctor suggested was sex. Does anyone have any ideas or any suggestions that worked for them?
