I have done a lot of research on Plexus. And watched a great number of people succeed. But never hurts to ask for others experiences.

I personally feel if you have to pay for it, it must not be that great. These are businesses trying to make money. If the program was a magic way to fix all your problems they would not make money. Most people will fail at these programs. The best way to lose weight and get healthy is to slowly change your daily habits. Start by drinking more water and moving more. Then slowly cutting out all the processed foods and exercise more with cardio and weight training. Build muscle to burn fat. No powder, shake, pre-packaged meal plan will get you where you want to be. You have to change your mindset and work everyday. And whatever vitamins/ supplements they sell you can probably get at a health food store cheaper.
