Help... worried about my weight.
I just found out I've already gained a little more than half the weight I'm allowed for the entire pregnancy and i'm only 22 weeks. I know how this happened: even though I've been working out 4-6 times a week and am usually on a good diet, my honeymoon./babymoon really set me back. Here's where i need help: is it possible to maintain this weight for most of my pregnancy if I get back on track 100%, or am I going to gain the weight anyway? I'm so worried about having complications from too much to weight gain or that I'm "doomed" already, like I might as well have just gone over my limit now. Please help... I know how to lose weight outside of pregnancy but since I'm not allowed to lose while pregnant what do I do?
