Is being gassy an early sign of pregnancy?

I've been really gassy for the last two days. Could this be a possible early sign of pregnancy? Been getting stomach pains and feeling bloated and gassy. I took a pregnancy test four days ago and it came out negative.

I don't think so, try waiting a 2 more weeks to take a pregnancy test, sometimes if its too soon, it won't show up.

I have the same problem. Had terrible abdominal pain all day yday. I figured it might be because of gas and I'm terribly gassy all day today. My pt came out bfn though 😕
