The past few days I have noticed enlarged pimple looking pumps right around my nipples. I know you sometimes have bumps there but they have multiplied and become noticeably larger. I read online they are Montgomery glands and increase in size when you become pregnant. My AF is due tomorrow so I am just wondering if it could be related or if I should schedule an appt with my doctor to have it checked out. Any suggestions?
