Pregnancy maybe?

Okay so I'm on the pill but I've been getting some pregnancy symptoms. I've had some nauseau in the afternoons but not so bad I've been sick I've been really tired these past few days and my boobs hurt. Also when I went to the toilet just then there was really light pink blood when I wiped but hardly any. But because I'm on the pill you don't get a real period you get a withdrawal bleed so when should I test? Can i test now because I Have symptoms or should I wait?
