History: I am a 27 year old female 15 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My first is 3 years old.

Problem: this last year or so I've been experiencing stress incontinence when I have a hard sneeze. It is now getting worse, to the point I am afraid to cough without dribbling.

Question: is this mostly because I am pregnant, even though the baby is still small is it putting enough pressure on my bladder to make my symptoms worse? Or is it another problem I should be more concerned about?
