BBT SPIKE?
My BBT was 1 deg higher today than it was yesterday. It's only day 9 in my cycle and when I woke up this morning I was very hot. I waited a couple minutes, went to the bathroom, and took it again. It's back down to normal. Should I just write this off as a random event?
