Spotting at 12 weeks? Normal?!

I noticed a little bit of spotting today when I wiped. I'm 12 weeks is this normal?

Depends on the color. Brown is old blood and red is not good at all.

If you strained yourself, had anything touch the cervix (internal exam or sex) or even pushed hard when pooping, your cervix can bleed. Call your doctor and explain your situation to see if you need to be seen. Bleeding doesn't always mean anything bad, even if it's red, but especially if it's brown or pink .
