I've been with my bf for a year, we've had our ups and downs but I recently just found out I was pregnant, (my 3rd, his 2nd, our first) things seemed to be going really well until this am at 4. He woke me up saying he's confused about us and feels like he doesn't even know me. Then he says these feelings have come up because he's been thinking alot about marrying me. I haven't talked to him at all today. I'm so confused. Any advice?
