Help please? ?

Just woke up with a nosebleed followed by a intense headache then went! I have had a swollen and sore gland in my throat all day but no cold and I'm really feeling not myself very irritable and tired and no appetite I've just came off my AF the start of this week :/ should I make a doctor appointment tomorrow?
