Symptoms gone?

I am 6+2 today and have been experiencing extremely sore boobs and occasional nausea and fatigue. I woke up this morning and my boobs don't hurt at all. Anyone else? I'm scared to death.

I am 7 weeks 1 day and some days I feel great and some days I have all my symptoms.  From what I understand it is normal.  I went for my first ultrasound yesterday and everything looked perfect.  I would try not to worry, although easier said than done!

Don't symptoms start to lessen as the placenta forms and starts to take over?

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days and last weekend I was super nauseous, had horrible heartburn, no appetite, and my boobs hurt pretty bad!! The last few days my symptoms have been a lot less!! I figured the symptoms would get worse!! Really hope this is normal!! Sounds like it is but there's so many girls having miscarriages it scares me!!

Thank you Lindsay! It's so hard not to freak out. We have lost 3 now and I don't think I could make it through that again. 
Every little twinge and I'm losing my mind!
