sorry this isn't pregnancy related but I have a question , how do you make pechugas empanizadas I know how to make them its just that how do I make the bread crumbs stick to the chicken ? when i make them they do stick but not fully :( and it gets me mad because when my MIL makes them they are covered in bread crumbs and I have already asked her what she puts but Idk it just doesnt come out right

I've looked at videos on youtube and read online and it doesn't help much either can someone help me or tell me how to make the bread crumbs stay stuck onto the chicken ? Im tired of them falling off when Im cooking them
