They tell you what do work on and keep tabs so they can reccomend personal training that you will shell out money for. I personally wouldn't do it

Is it for like your entry level health class? I had to do one for mine and all I did was ride on a stationary bike while they monitored my heart rate and stuff. They took some measurements too I think. No big
