My whole body is sore
So I'm only 15 weeks and I wake up every morning with all kinds of aches and pains. It's almost impossible for me to get comfortable laying down or sitting. When I sit the whole lower left half of my body starts hurting really bad. It kind of feels like I did squats and lunges but it only happens when I'm sitting. I feel like I'm too early to be this uncomfortable already. Any advise or anything I can do to feel more comfortable?
