I conceived on my honey moon and the week I was highly fertile got me pregnant. my period is late and I spotted for 3 days very light and very light color...it wasn't a period. still a pregnancy test comes negative...but I have morning sickness and can't tolerate certain smells of food...I'm very tired and sleepy always...I have cramps and backache...and my husband been feeling nausea and very tired and moody
