For the past 4 days I have been craving things like crazy, I have to pee every 5m, I'm always hungry but get sick if I eat to much, I get nauseous at the smell of anything, I have severe lower back pain and I cannot stop cleaning, I looked it up because I'm not sexually active and it said it could a phantom pregnancy, do you guys believe in a phantom pregnancy? And my boyfriend knows about me having a "phantom pregnancy" but my parents don't me and him are 15, should I tell them? Do you guys believe in phantom pregnancies? And do you think I could be having one? Oh and my periods are usually pretty consistent but this time it was on 2 days instead of 6
