Can ovary cysts or endometriosis cause a negative pregnancy test?

I read online that cysts that have ruptured can cause negative pregnancy tests. Do any of you know anything? Can it be true?

I have endo an when I got pregnant It came up positive. I also found out at 11weeks that I had a cyst as well. None of it affected my pregnancy tests

I had a cyst during my third pregnancy, and it didn't affect the hpt at all. I only found out about the cyst when the ultrasound tech accidentally popped it during an exam! Hurt like heck, but it all ended well and no affect on the baby. :-)
