Hi im a day late on my period my periods are regular so there hardly late past 2 weeks been eating alot more my breast are sore and also ive had really bad lower back ach ive just  been toilet now and im spotting its like a brown colour aslo in underwear sorry for tmi!! Got abdominal pain to like a aching pain on and off Took a test today but came back negitive please help what do you people think thankyou xx
