Possible miscarriage or ??

I'm 5 weeks 1 day. Yesterday (mon) I started spitting dark brown blood and it was just a little bit when I wiped. Today it is now bright red and I filled one pad in like 4 hrs. Now, I am not bleeding as much (pad is clean 2 hours after putting it on) but I have some sized clots (only 1 clot per pee). So the bleeding seems to be slowing down and I have no cramping. I have had 2 HCG tests done and I'm going in tomorrow am for another. The dr said they can't do anything.... Anyone else having similar issues?
