Have you noticed a difference in your nails since taking prenatal vitamins?

It's been 8 weeks of taking prenatal vitamins & I just noticed my nails are all grown out and they arnt breaking! Plus they look beautiful!! Normally I can't even grow them to be a centimeter long before they break. But now the are looking so lovely. Anyone else noticed this change?

After my first son my nails constantly grew and now taking prenatals I have to clip once a week as opposed to every 2 weeks but I love it:)

I read somewhere that the growth cycle is longer and faster for hair and nails in pregnancy, rather than due to the multi's.
They say hair can get noticeably thicker as the shedding process is slowed until after birth.

Mien have gotten worse! I normally have really thick and healthy nails, but they've been weak and brittle the past few months. Don't know why

Yes! I love my pregnancy nails lol with my second my nails were so long by the time I gave birth I needed them cut way down lol now they are growing strong again, I got an overlay of SNS at the nail salon, organic alternative to acrylic or gel. I'll definitely keep them a lot shorter this time lol

I think it's due to pregnancy because I've been taking prenatals for a long time now, as it's taken a while to conceive, and I never noticed a difference until now.

My nails are now growing soo fast now, and they are super strong as well! It's great.
