Should parents be ticketed for smoking while their kids are in the car?

I've always hated seeing parents do this and apparently there is talk of it becoming a child endangerment charge...I'm all for it! Also, how do you feel about getting rid of smoking sections in all restraunts? Please no name calling...lol
