Breastfeeding and vitamins
Just seeing if anyone out there takes a vitamin supplement to help your little one digest the breastmilk easier. If so, what kind do you use? I struggle with my 10 day old, he gets so gassy and fussy and I just want to see if there is something I can take that will help his digestive system and still breastfeed.
