I challenge you. Ya you! 💪
So my lack of exercising this winter (Its a skating rink out there) I just got lazy. I decided to start a simpler exercise plan instead of going all out for a week and then quitting. This is the plan.. I did it last night and then again tonight. It doesn't work every muscle, but I also know if it was too in depth I would never stick to it.
Hope you can join too! I know this isn't controversial but I never spend much time on the other forum areas and for most it seems to be like that.
