Discouraged

I'm not seeing much of a difference. I'm eating a ton healthier - fruits, vegetables, cut out fast food, cut out sugary drinks.

I do cardio and strength training 4-5 days a week. I eat less than I did before but I feel fatter and fatter everyday. I think I might just be pmsing and upset over nothing but I'm just not happy with my body this week.

Can anyone give me a pick-me-up or some inspiration?
