I need advice

me and fiancé have been trying for over a year started with meds to boost periods more consistant and on time temperatures and then clomid 50 5 tab then clomid 50 10 tabs for 5 days last was letrozol it is feb 21 2015 first day of my last period was dec 1 2014 wich was when I took the letrozol got a negative december 26 and another negative jan 16 and never tested again I have sore stinging boobs always tired sore very sore back a bunch of head aches really bad acne like never before and easily upset can it be only because I want a baby so bad I'm scared to test and get a negative to go through all the let down feelings I have no time to see a doctor as I do not have leave time from work so I can't et a blood test done or is this just stress as I do live with 6 other adults im late like 81 days :( anyone have this situation? what was the out come? what did you do?
