I have hsv2... Ive had it since October 19th 2012.. I was 14.. Barely. Me and my ex (the one that gave it to me) were having sex that night and the condom broke... We continued without and about a week later i noticed it, went to the doctor and sure as hell i had an irreversible STD at the age of hardly 14 by a man that didn't even care about me. He didn't tell me he had it or even gave a damn to not continue to sleep with me that night to save me from such a curse. Me being only 14 i was scared.. So scared i didn't even tell him what he had did to me. Then 5 months later he tried breaking up with me because i was to young for him. ( this was after we had sex,he lived with me, us posting it on Facebook and social services and the police were after him for statutory rape because my family member reported him.. He was 19) then i told him what he done.. He denied and denied.. Then after denying for so long and finally gave in and burst into tears saying he was so sorry for what he had done to me. We stayed together for a total of 8 months until i got fed up with his excuses why he couldn't come see me.. Unless it involved me spending money on him. I left his ass. He was a lazy bum who ruined my life.

My husband and I both have hsv2. I was told a year ago that I had it, then went to my family Dr to make sure cause I went to the ER at first. Well my family doctor said I didn't have it. Then my husband found out he had it and then it clicked. I felt terrible and still do to this day. We will get through this it's just hard. We both are scared yet.
