DH has low sperm count, abnormal shapes and slow movement. We have been trying more than a year now and managed to conceive naturally at the same time he was diagnosed and I had a HSG done. However the baby wasn't meant to be and my first pregnancy ended in a mmc.

Anyone have any success stories to share of being able to conceive naturally without any fertility treatments? Thanks.
