I'm back with another question...lol

Emily • 27, married to my high school sweetheart. One daughter, 9/12/13. One angel baby, 8/11/15.
My girl is into swatting off my glasses, my husband's glasses, her grammy's glasses, her papa's glasses, her uncle...ok you get the idea. I have firmly told her no, I have swatted her hand, I have sent her to time out. Is there anything else I can try, or do I just need to be diligent, and keep doing what I'm doing?

She may just be really interested in the glasses. Get her a pair of her own glasses. Like sunglasses for infants/toddlers, it may help that way she has her own to play/explore with.

How old is your little one? If she is under 2 then not giving the action any attention is what will stop it. Don't say anything don't swat, definitely don't hit her or isolate her in a time out simply donot pay any attention to it. She will soon realize it doesn't bring about attention and will move on. If she's an older toddler then explaining boundaries in clear simple terms each time it happens should help

She is 17 months. She is very strong willed. I haven't tried ignoring the action yet, though. That is how I will handle tomorrow. Thanks!

How old is she? I would put her down whenever she does that. Maybe somehow she'll learn that swatting glasses gets her less attention?
