Weight Loss
I am 19 and 5' and I weigh 146. I already lost about 10 pounds but I would like to lose more as I am still unhealthy and overweight, as well as I don't feel confident in the body I'm in and feel horrible about how much I weigh. I know exercise and good eating habits are key. What does anyone suggest for someone picky? Maybe some ideas on how to stop eating so much junk?
