Have been taking Elevit but after a week have bad constipation : S What do you take, positives / negatives?

I use Rainbow Light Prenatal One and am not TTC yet. But have been on it for a few months now and have not had any issues.

I use the target brand, I've found if you drink enough water that usually helps.

I take Rainbow Light.  I buy a combo pack at vitamin shoppe. One bottle is the vitamin and the other is omega 3. They have some type of stool softener or something so they don't cause constipation.
