Try to get perspective
I had a mc in September and just got AF again. Pretty soon, I will pass the due date for my mc and I still won't be pregnant. I am TTC #1, while my sister just gave birth to her second daughter (both children conceived the 1st month she tried). I'm beginning to lose hope and feel like it will never happen for me.
