Gas pain or something else?

I know there are a ton of cramping posts on here, but I'd like some advise, please. Today I've had some pains off and on. It feels like a sharp little pinch in my lower abdomen.  It's in the middle slightly to the right, a little higher than my pelvic bone. I've also had a rumbly tummy and some gas. Does this sound normal?

Thanks for the responses. This has been off and on since about 12. It's also been in the same part of my belly. Just sharp little pain, nothing  unbearable. Does that sound right? I'm really nervous.

Drink lots of water and maybe put a little fresh lemon and mint in it. Also, maybe switching prenatal vitamins can help. Try Rainbow brand from CVS. Organic and probiotics to help with digestion. Pains/cramping is ok.

My NP told me today when I was describing my cramping "well it might have something to do with a tiny human growing inside your body" lol. It was a bit of a relief to me, I've never felt this cramping in my other pregnancies it's just a very dull off and on cramping.

I also get terrible gas pains to the point that they almost take my breath away. They come in waves and then they are gone. Totally normal. I have slight/light period like cramping but from what I've seen on here everybody else does too😊 I will be 7 weeks tomorrow.

Yes sounds normal to me my gas pains sometimes hurts worst than my normal cramping. Hope this helps good luck hun !
