3 negative results.. Help!!

I had a MC early December 2014 at 16 weeks.... i hade my cycle January and we ttc ... Im now 11 days late crossed my fingers that i would have been pregnant again ... But clear blue gave me had negative results (i tested 3 times!! Im stressed ,cause why ist so late !? Does this happen after mc and d&c?? 😳😳😦
