Question about the implant.

So I got the implant and then about 2 to 3 weeks after I got my period I bleed lightly for like 4 to 5days then continued to have brown spotting discharge for like few days and now I've got light bleeding again.. I'm confused and basically had period symptoms for this whole time and getting really anxious about it. It basically seems like my body is having trouble having its period. Has this happened to anyone?
