First round of clomid! Any success?

Question

Took my first pill of my first round of clomid last night. Ttc #1. I have regular 25-26 day cycles and DH has a normal SA. Basically unexplained infertility. Has anyone been successful after just 1 round of clomid? Really anxious, trying not to get my hopes up! And if anyone else is in the same boat I'd love a cycle buddy!

Yes several of our women have gotten BFP on the first round but most of us have done several cycles. My advise is to take it before bed to reduce the side effects you experience.

Definitely take it at night. I took it around 9 pm and didn't have any symptoms really. I did my first cycle this month and got my BFP!
