Pregnant and swimming?

Is anyone pregnant and swim in an indoor public pool for exercise?

The pool was the only place I was comfortable during my 3rd trimester.

Yes! I swim Monday-Thursday for about an hour and if I don't swim I do water aerobics. It is so helpful with back and hip pain.

My mother swam 50 laps per day when pregnant with twins and she said it was a lifesaver! Made her feel lighter and cooler. Also got back to a size 2 within 2 months after delivery!

Can't wait we just moved to FL and our pool is being built! They said 8-10 weeks which should be soon but thinking it's gonna be longer😒

I hear lots of great things about it. I unfortunately have not been able to go due to finances of i could have I would have.

I have with my partner and we went around the lazy river a couple times and it was so relaxing. I can't wait to do it again (:
