Okay so i am between the age of 16 and 20, i fear that a guy will judge me and feel like people are always judging me. I try hard to live up to standards and when i fail get depressed. I have been sexually abused but never raped. Maybe those incidents/encounters damaged me? Idk but i get extremely scared to do anything with a guy. I want to go to some sort of therapy to help me overcome this:(
