Am I thicker, kind of stocky, and/or have a large frame? Or just chunky and need to lose weight?
I have PCOS, and have been trying to lose about 15 pounds. Every medical chart I read says I should be about 105 pounds. Honesty is appreciated 😁 and tips for short girls who are trying to lose excess fat and muscle!
