Musinex / Guaifenesin works!
During my TTC for my first son I used it to achieve the appropriate kind of cm Egg White ish. I just started taking it again 400mg twice a day and holy cow there was a lot it surprised me. I like to take it a few days before we start bding. Which is about 4 days before ovulation usually.
