Swollen red hurting feet!? 36 weeks

So my feet are swoooollen red and hurt! I was just sitting there on thw couch and they started up my hands are to. Idk if its normall i have a doctors appointment thursday but imma call tomarrow to make sure. Just wanted to get advice on if any other gals get swollen feet??

Poor ladies! My feet swell too everyday when I am standing or walking for too long. The best thing I do is take a warm lavender and epsom salt bubble bath to soak for 15mins and after that lay on the bed and put my feet raised on pillows to where it is above the level of my heart. You can do this on your side and you can do it on your back but stack pillows behind your back so you dont have to lay flat. This will level out the blood. Do this all day or all night. If you start seeing red streaks though,
Go to the ER right away, because that can be a sign of blood clots which can cause infection. Keep off the socks and shoes. They make swelling worse. Resort to flipflops if you are able. I understand that is hard to do in the snowy weather so if you are outside keep the feet warm, but as soon as you are indoors, take it off.

This is by 9 in the morning at work (I work 7am-3pm) I also have preeclampsia though. I definitely fluctuate. I'll gain 4 pounds in a week, then loose 5 the next week, then gain 5, etc.
