My periods are always irregular..last month my period came on the 9th but glow says my period was due yesterday.. should I consider it late on the 9th, or listen to glow since it is the "professional" here?

That seems about right for it to say af should have come yesterday. Keep in mind that the average cycle only lasts 28 days which isn't a full calendar month. I'm not trying to say your cycle is irregular but a lot of women think theirs is because it doesn't fall on the same day each month. That's why it helps to count the cycle days rather than the calendar days. I hope this helps!

It depends on how long your cycle is. How long you have been logging info into Glow.   Glow can only make an educated guess.
