Exactly, you wouldn't show already even if you were pregnant. Pictures of the tests would be more helpful.

You might not necessarily get a positive test if you're over 4 months because the hormone that the pregnancy test detects levels off after a while. You could easily be quite pregnant and have a negative test.

If u think u might be further along u could go to the doctor and get a blood test to confirm either way. Not having a period for 4 months must be very frustrating
