Pregnant but no symptoms.

Today I'm 6 weeks and I have no nausea or vomiting. My boobs hurt on and off and my ankles swell at night. I'm tired but other than that I feel fine. This is my second pregnancy. Should I be worried? I have my first sono on the 16 of this month. I gave blood and urine at my doctors the other day and they didn't say anything.
