8 weeks with no period blood test negative?

So ive been without My period for 8 weeks the blood test came out negative and in  the ultrasound ThE doctor coudent see anything! could i still be pregant if after 2 months everything still comes up negative? Is the doctor soppose to ser something in ThE ultrasound at this time?

If you were pregnant then blood tests and ultrasound would tell you you are.

I had really long cycles (65-87 days) after getting off the pill. I ended up going to my doctor for blood work and an ultrasound and she referred me to an OBGYN. He prescribed me Provera to induce my period and Clomid to help me to ovulate. I ended up getting pregnant on my second round of Clomid. I wasn't ovulating regularly before, and that is why my cycles were so long.

I'm going through the same exact thing(cycle day 80) doctor said it was stress but I'm not sure what the reason is.

I am on cd 60 now. Not pregnant either. There's got to be another reason.
