Best time of day for OPK
I have been testing each day around 2pm, while having held my pee for four hours. I went to sit down on the toilet, had to pee so bad that I forgot to collect my urine. I am going to hold it another four hours and test at 7 pm, but should the time change make a difference. Today should be the day I get my smiley face :)
